Word of Mouth Marketing

A fun way to try new products is to join Word of Mouth marketing networks. These programs send you products to try and want you to spread the word to your friends and family. These are free to join and you choose when you want to participate. Some Word of Mouth programs I like are:

*Bzzagent:This group can take the most time but is very easy to participate in. They send you invitations to join a campaign for a product to try. They will send you the product, coupons, or materials for you to use and spread the word. I have received great products with this group including free meals at restaurants. Bzzagent does want you to submit brief summaries of the conversations you had about the product. This is how you increase your status on the site and get invited to try more products. Right now, I'm spreading the word about Take Care Clinic at select Walgreens. There are still a few spots left in the campaign, you can join by signing up here.

*SheSpeaks: This is another great site to get free products. They will send you products and ask for you opinion on the product through short follow up surveys and your input goes to the manufacturers. This site also has discussion boards if you would like to talk about your opinions with other members.

*Vocalpoint: This group will send you samples and coupons in the mail. They have forums to share your opinions on what you receive and many other topics to help influence major brands.
